Our Services

MSP Tours & Travels provides travel-related services including tour packages, pilgrimage tours, family and group tours, call taxi services, tourist vehicle rentals, airport transfers and customized travel arrangements.

Services may vary depending on availability, destination, travel dates, vehicle availability and other applicable conditions.

Booking & Confirmation

A travel enquiry or quotation does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required booking information has been provided and any applicable advance payment or confirmation requirements have been completed.

Payment

Payment requirements, advance amounts and remaining balances will be communicated to the customer before confirmation of the relevant service.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the service booked, travel date, accommodation, transportation arrangements and third-party service providers involved.

Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries may occasionally need to be changed because of weather, road conditions, traffic, government restrictions, local conditions, attraction closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary where necessary while attempting to maintain the overall travel experience.

Vehicle & Transportation

Vehicle availability is subject to the booking, destination and travel requirements.

The vehicle provided may be subject to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where necessary, a suitable alternative vehicle may be arranged.

Accommodation

Where accommodation arrangements are included in a travel package, hotel availability is subject to confirmation.

Hotel category, room type, availability and applicable conditions will depend on the booking and the selected accommodation.

Specific hotel requests cannot always be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for their booking and travel arrangements.

• Provide accurate passenger information.
• Arrive at agreed pickup locations on time.
• Carry required travel and identification documents.
• Follow applicable local rules and regulations.
• Take reasonable care of vehicles and property.
• Inform us of important travel requirements in advance.

Liability

MSP Tours & Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed with the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, government restrictions, natural events or third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
